No, you need to arrange a new contract; otherwise, suppliers will often charge "out of contract" rates which are
. Many businesses are unaware that they are still on "out of contract" rates, and that not having a contract will cost you more, so you need to find a new supplier as soon as possible. The previous tenants' supplier will continue to supply the property until you request otherwise.
